Lotus Feet Meditation Is The Best Form of Meditation. Nityanand Lotus feet

Right Foot–“I meditate on the twelve wonderful auspicious markings on the bottom of Nitai’s right foot, which bestows all types of boons.” At the base of Prabhu’s big toe is a fully decorated conchshell, which manifests every possible type of knowledge. Below the conch is a disc, which destroys the six enemies to human life: lust, anger, greed, envy, pride and illusion (kama, krodha, lobha, matsarya, mada, moha). Below the disc is a plow.
Below the plow there are four arrows, and below the arrows is an unstrung bow. Below the bow is a half-moon, and on the heel is a blackberry fruit (jambu). Below the middle toe is the imprint of a barleycorn. Below the ring toe is a beautiful blooming lotus flower.
Below the lotus flower along the outer edge of the foot is a victory flag (jaya dhvaja), which means Nityananda’s feet crush all obstacles to devotion. Below the flag is a thunderbolt that finishes all misery and poverty of a devotee. Below the thunderbolt and just beside the half-moon is a sacrificial altar.
Left Foot–“I meditate on the twelve auspicious markings on the bottom of Nitai’s left foot, which gives all types of happiness.” At the base of Prabhu’s big toe is a sacrificial altar. An umbrella sits below that. Below the umbrella is a decorated sakti (spear), which has a cow’s hoofprint beside it.
Below the hoofprint are four water pots, and there is a fish on the heel. Below the middle toe are two concentric circles representing the inner sky (inside the human body) and outer space. Below the ring toe is a lotus flower, and below that is a decorated club. Below the little toe is an elephant goad.
Below the goad and along the outer edge of Prabhu’s foot is another flower. Below the flower is an attractive flowering creeper.

Product description

This is a very nice song sung by Narottama Dasa Thakura. He advises that nitai-pada, the lotus feet of Lord Nityananda (kamala means “lotus,” and pada means “feet”), are a shelter where one will get the soothing moonlight not only of one, but of millions of moons. We can just imagine the aggregate total value of the soothing shine of millions of moons. In this material world (jagat), which is progressing toward hell, there is always a blazing fire, and everyone is struggling hard without finding peace; therefore, if the world wants to have real peace, it should take shelter under the lotus feet of Lord Nityananda, which are cooling like the shining of a million moons. Juraya means “relief.” If one actually wants relief from the struggle of existence and actually wants to extinguish the blazing fire of material pangs, Narottama Dasa Thakura advises, “Please take shelter of Lord Nityananda.
